NODETYPE CODES
------------------------
The NODETYPE codes are a combination of the ARCTYPE codes
and the MAPSOURCE codes (both defined above). The NODETYPE code
is generated by taking the MAPSOURCE code times 10 and adding
the ARCTYPE code.
For example, a NODETYPE code of 41 imples the node was digitized
from a USGS 7.5' map and was a surveyed point.
