“We Cover the Complete Domestic Oil Patch”

TOBIN International, Ltd. (“TOBIN”) has been the standard for maps used by the oil and gas industry for over 70 years. Land professionals and explorationists depend on the accuracy of TOBIN maps to determine the exact locations of their leases, wells, seismic lines and pipelines.

Tobin Hard Copy Maps

TOBIN’s ownership maps include all pertinent legal boundaries, i.e. land survey (township/range and section lines; block/surveys, sections and abstracts in Texas), state lines and county lines. These maps also have select roads, pipelines, land/water forms, subdivisions and property ownership as recorded at the time of mapping. Current leases and wells are posted regularly on the ownership base for the most up-to-date and cost effective maps you can get. Maps are available on paper without reproduction rights, or on mylar film with reproduction rights.

Tobin Scanned Maps

TOBIN Scanned “Off the Shelf” Maps:

Imagine being able to view a scanned image of a TOBIN map with the latest wells and leases on your desktop computer. Imagine making red line additions on your computer screen and at the same time being able to produce a hard copy plot of the image.

TOBIN now offers exact duplicate raster (bitmap) images of the 1”=3000’ Traditional TOBIN Lease/Ownership maps. These maps are available for Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, portions of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico and Texas Railroad Commission Districts 1-6. They include land survey (township/range and section lines; block/surveys, sections and abstracts in Texas) state lines, county lines, and select roads, pipelines, land/water forms, subdivisions and property ownership. Leases and wells are posted on the ownership base and kept current.

TOBIN non-traditional maps; i.e. Heydricks, F&A, Dulin, Mid-Continent, Amman, Oklahoma Oil Maps and POMCO are also available on a request basis.

TOBIN Prospect Maps:

Land professionals and explorationists can now order just their prospect area or area of interest without the cost of acquiring 2 or possibly 3 counties of the standard “off the shelf” maps. The TOBIN Prospect Maps are scanned from the existing TOBIN Traditional Lease/Ownership maps, and if they cover multiple counties or map units, a seamless image is created. These maps can then be delivered in a raster (bitmap) format suitable for viewing on a desktop computer. They are also available in hard copy as mylar films or diazo paper prints.
