collecting oil and gas lease information daily to maintain the superior quality of our
maps. We have taken our efforts a step further to provide you and early awareness product
of new and current lease activity and early permit notification in 313 selected counties
and parishes. Digital Lease Activity Service is a static display of the county, survey or your specified area of
interest with all new lease activity and permits spatially represented in 171 counties.
The combination of a visual representation and data delivered to you within 24-48 hours of
collection gives you the ability to more effectively utilize your resources to keep you
one step ahead of your competitors.
Digital Lease Activity Service:
The Digital Lease Activity Service is a monthly report of all leases, assignments, and memorandums/notices, lease option agreements and unit designations. The lease data collected by our scouts and used to generate TOBIN's Digital Lease Map and TOBIN's hard copy Lease Map is now available to you prior to the release of the map product. This gives you an earlier look at lease activity by providing information such as lessor, lessee, instrument date, term, royalty rate, rental rate, recording information, location information and gross acres.
Early Location Service:
The Early Location Service is a new addition to TOBIN’s Digital Lease Activity Service. It is a weekly report that contains pertinent well information including API #, operator, lease name, well #. You also receive important information like TOBIN grid, zone/district, X/Y coordinates, latitude, longitude, and elevation.
Attributes Collected:
The lease data collected by our scouts and used to generate TOBIN's Digital Lease Maps and hard copy Lease Maps is now available to you prior to the release of the map product. The document attribute data used in plotting map attributes is captured in TOBIN's database as soon as it is received in house. This gives you an earlier look at lease activity by providing information such as lessor, lessee, instrument date, term, royalty rate, rental rate, recording information, location information and gross acres.
Formats Delivered:
TOBIN can deliver the data on a floppy diskette, CD, or electronically (e-mail) as a Microsoft Access database, a Microsoft Excel file, or ASCII file. Here are samples of the formats delivered monthly in the Digital Lease Activity Service for Fort Bend County, Texas:
