Early Location Service
TOBIN’s Early Location Service is designed to be the timeliest oil and gas well coordinate updating service in the business. Through Early Location Service, customers have weekly access to wells that are posted daily. TOBIN has the most current permitted well locations available any where. The scouted well permits for the entire U.S. are delivered to TOBIN on a daily basis and interactively calculated within 24 hours.
Gulf Coast wells include IHS Energy Group Internal Control (IC) number when the API has not yet been assigned and a complete metadata code. In the non-Gulf areas, a metadata code describing the source of the data and the method of calculation is provided. The service provided by TOBIN is in the traditional WCS format and exclusively through FTP delivery.
