Global Planner is a unique integration of seamless, scanned and georeferenced 1:500,000 scale Russian topographic maps (Russian maps provided by © MapBase VTU GSh) and 1:1,000,000 Digital Chart of the World data covering the populated land areas of the world. The topographic layer allows you to see the extents of metro areas, mountain ranges, rivers and lakes, etc., in addition to the information already available with the Digital Chart of the World data. Global Planner is bundled with DOMsVIEW 2000, a viewing software package that is easy to use and allows you to do simple image plotting, viewing and redline marking.

Country Planner 500 or Country Planner 200

Country Planner provides a fully vectorized and GIS-ready Shelf Map Product. Country Planner 500 uses 1:500,000 scale topographic maps covering an entire country while Country Planner 200 uses 1:200,000 topos. The hard copy source data is defined and available along with price lists for each country. If requested, the data can be further enhanced or updated by incorporating LANDSAT ETM+ scenes (30-meter color and 15-meter pan, pixel resolution). The culture layers include at least the following:

Contours
Transportation
Hydrology
Political Boundaries
Urban Areas
Vegetation

TOBIN will also bid and provide fully vectorized and GIS-ready proprietary projects for client-defined areas or geologic basins. These projects can include both imagery and various culture layers digitized from topo quads of the desired scale.
