TOBIN
Chain of Title - Title Management
System
TOBIN Chain of Title automates field data
capture, reporting and archival of land title and lease acquisition information for
exploration and production companies. The system provides a repository of title data
accessible to authorized in-house company personnel. Companies are able to provide
historical title data via electronic mail to brokers, attorneys and field
landmen. Having
immediate access to this information eliminates duplication of effort that often occurs
when searching title, acquiring leases, and rendering and curing title opinions; resulting
in significant reduction in the amount of time and effort spent between lease check and
royalty disbursement.TOBIN Chain of Title automatically updates data in other TOBIN Land Suite
products, eliminating reentry and verification of data and the potential for associated
errors. Lease information captured in TOBIN Chain of Title automatically flows to the
TOBIN LeaseData lease management system. Well and unit ownership data calculated in TOBIN
Chain of Title automatically flows to the TOBIN Domain division order system.
