TOBIN Domain
maintains land title ownership for division order administration and provides accurate,
time-critical information support for revenue distribution, partner billing and reserves
forecasting. TOBIN Domain facilitates the setup, approval and maintenance of effective,
dated ownership and includes a full complement of preformatted exhibits and reports. LTDgen (Lease to Division Order Generator), is an
integral process which expedites the building of division orders and automatically
assembles lease tracts in the TOBIN LeaseData that contribute to a division order tract in
TOBIN Domain. TOBIN Domain integrates with TOBIN LandGIS for textual and spatial queries,
map displays and analysis. TOBIN Domain can handle a companys unique business
processes and record types.
