LandBudget - Payment Management
System
TOBIN Land Budget tracks the status of the
lease acquisition budget. TOBIN LandBudget facilitates the timely payment of bank drafts
used for lease bonus, easement/right-of-way, surface damages and other payments. During
the lease purchase process, the system assigns lease numbers and sends information to the
TOBIN LeaseData lease management system, automates tracking of partner’s interests,
and generates offers, reoffers and a variety of lease acquisition reports. For draft
payments, TOBIN LandBudget tracks the payment by due date and payment approval status.
TOBIN LandBudget also keeps a history of payments paid during the year for 1099 purposes.TOBIN LandBudget automatically updates data in other TOBIN Land Suite
applications, eliminating reentry and verification of data. Lease information and payments
generated in TOBIN Chain of Title title management system automatically flow into TOBIN
Land Budget. Upon partner acceptance of lease offers, TOBIN LandBudget updates TOBIN
LeaseData and ultimately distributes miscellaneous charges among all leases tied to a
project when the project is closed. Lease numbers changed in TOBIN LandBudget
automatically change the corresponding lease numbers in TOBIN LeaseData.
