TOBIN Land DataMart is a land-oriented decision support tool comprised of a target database and the tools needed to access, analyze and display information. The primary sources of land and ownership data are TOBIN LeaseData and TOBIN Contracts systems. Powerful analysis tools provide users the ability to rapidly drill down to specific search criteria and reverse the process to higher levels of summarization. TOBIN Land DataMart includes an integrated data structure with fewer tables than a production database, easy to understand data names and rapid access to data via TOBIN-provided query, reporting and analysis tools or a company's own choice of tools.

The recommended system configuration to use TOBIN Land Datamart is Land Datamart Database on a Unix or NT server running Oracle 8.1.7 with disk Space equal to existing IWS database size. Below are the minimum requirements your computer needs to run each suite of TOBIN Land Datamart.
