TOBIN Right of Way supports the processes associated with acquiring, administering, and displaying rights of way for the pipeline and utility industries. TOBIN Right of Way automates the acquisition process by enabling field personnel to print right-of-way documents and drafts at the project site and capture data electronically at the first point of contact. This information is automatically combined and uploaded into a centralized database.
