TOBIN Right of Way supports the processes associated with acquiring, administering, and displaying rights of way for the pipeline and utility industries. TOBIN Right of Way automates the acquisition process by enabling field personnel to print right-of-way documents and drafts at the project site and capture data electronically at the first point of contact. This information is automatically combined and uploaded into a centralized database.

Rights of way are spatially displayed via TOBIN LandGIS land geographic information system (GIS), enabling companies to generate customized maps annotated with data including status of the right of way, status of permits, status of payments, key dates, provisions associated with the right of way, ownership and other pertinent data.
Enables field personnel to generate surface damage payments electronically, and tracks the history of these payments.
Provides the capability to monitor the status of the acquisition budget.
Monitors permit filings and tracks key dates, provisions, obligations, and legal locations.
Contract summaries associated with rights of way are easily stored and bi-directionally cross-referenced to the associated property.
