Decision Support Tool 

TOBIN's Decision Support Tool is a web-based search and analysis tool that allows the end user to access information contained within the client's Information Management Center on an ad-hoc basis. These include land base, facility information, operational reports, engineering drawings, right-of-way documents, environmental data and imagery. The tool provides the user a map view of their facilities with the ability to select the areas and features of interest. This supports ad-hoc queries which can be viewed on the screen or routed to the printer. The tool also provides the ability to create custom maps and plots.
