TOBIN's LandTitle, a forestry application for managing acquisitions and divestitures of land offers integrated Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies with a comprehensive land application system.  Legal descriptions stored  in LandTitle provide the user a method by which to analyze holdings and provide information as to protected or hazardous areas, conflicting activities occurring, or pending transactions which may alter the existence or status of a land parcel. Ownership is analyzed via queries, reports or spatially, with results displayed on-line, as customized reports or cartographic maps.

Tobin's land base and imagery data products are also used for lumber inventory and vegetation stress analysis.
