Permit Management Tool
TOBIN's Permit Management Tool is a web-based tool that supports the processes associated with creating and tracking construction, environmental and survey permits. Through the interface to the Information Management Center, the tool links a specific permit with the land base feature associated with the permit. This allows for a map view of the areas being covered by the various permits in the system. The tickler feature notifies the user when specific permits are about to come due. These warning messages can be e-mailed to the user, thus providing additional assurance that filing or expiration dates will not be overlooked.
