TOBIN offers a comprehensive and customized public awareness notification service that includes:

• Brochure design and printing.
• Direct addressing with automation bar coding, mail drop, and postal reports.
• CD archive of addresses with mail-piece images and postal reports (USPS 360R).

Pipeline Route Analysis

TOBIN can extract key information such as state, county, and five digit zip code / zip + 4 postal carrier route by analyzing your pipeline buffer areas. Based upon the centerline route of the pipeline, Tobin generates a buffer area on each side of the pipeline. The buffer size on each side of centerline can vary for any portion of the pipeline based upon client specifications.

If you do not have an existing digital format of your pipeline centerline for analysis, Tobin can establish the centerline through our conventional pipeline mapping conversion services.

Address Extraction

TOBIN uses a variety of address databases to create the mailing audience. These databases consist of United States Postal Service address information, business listings, farm directories, law enforcement, fire chief and EMS personnel directories.

Design and Printing

TOBIN works closely with our clients to create a notification program that is customized to meet their specific needs. Whether creating a mail piece directed toward the general public, or creating more specific pieces focused toward farmers, property developers, excavators, emergency responders, or fire chiefs, we can meet your needs.

Archive

Tobin provides a listing of all of the addresses that are mailed for the campaign. This allows verification by the client or the D.O.T. inspector. Included with the address listings are scanned images of the actual mail piece and a scanned copy of the postal reports (USPS 360R). Tobin also provides a hard copy map showing the areas to which the piece has been mailed.

Specialized Maps

Tobin provides custom hard copy maps of areas along the pipeline showing centerline route and other demographic features. These maps are used in town meetings and can be provided to fire department and other emergency response personnel.
