Right-Of-Way Management
TOBIN's Right-Of-Way Management Tool is a web-based application that supports the end user in processes associated with acquiring, administering and displaying rights of way. It automates the acquisition process by providing a way to print right-of-way documents and drafts at the project site, and capture data at the first point of contact.
