The Select Culture Data Features were digitized by Tobin from the Ortho-photo Map Base in Texas and South Louisiana, and from the U.S.G.S. 7.5-minute topographic quadrangles in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. The features are also fitted to the SuperBase® Digital Land Survey Data. The Oklahoma file includes all transportation and hydrography features published on the U.S.G.S. quads. The Florida file includes both major roads and water features, while the Texas, South Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama files include only major water features. (Note: The Select Gulf Coast Culture Features data are only available combined with Land Survey and State/County Line Data.)
