  Tobin Early Location Service is the timeliest oil and gas well updating service in the business. Customers subscribing to this service receive on-going access to wells posted daily via FTP.  
     
 

Early Location Service (ELS)
• Data obtained from public records, well reporting services, and select private surveys.
• Elements include but not limited to latitude/longitude (X/Y), API number, operator
   name, lease name, well number, total depth and status. Both products include bottom
   hole locations.
• Product represents both vertically and directionally drilled wells.
• SuperBase survey data used as base to spot location of wells.
