  Tobin is Oklahoma ownership is a new data layer of digital geo-political boundaries for the state of Oklahoma. This data is a GIS-enabled layer of digital data that will provide a tool for identifying and monitoring current surface ownership as well as a basis for capturing derivative spatial data within a county.  
     
 

Tobin Oklahoma Ownership product:
• Data is digital and spatially true through geo-rectification processes. These processes
   include registering this data to Tobin's Superbase® and providing each point, line and
   polygon in the data set with its own latitude and longitude coordinate points.
• Data is a geo-political boundary delineation level below Section, Township and Range.
• Since the data is digital and includes a database of attributed data it can be formatted
   for users of GIS, mapping, and/or CAD applications.
• Data reflects current surface ownership as registered with the county tax appraiser
   on July 1, 2001. Data contains tax appraisal cross reference numbers.
• Data will be updated on annually based on tax appraisal changes.
• Data does not reflect specific urban areas that fall within city limit boundaries.

Tobin Oklahoma Oil and Gas Lease Subscription product:
Tobin offers a subscription on oil and gas leases for selected Oklahoma counties. Tobin
collects key information on oil and gas leases filed in these Oklahoma counties on a monthly basis. Additionally, this service will map these leases and fit them digitally to the ownership grid. Key components of this product are:

• Data is spatially true through geo-rectification processes and fit to the Oklahoma
  Ownership.
• Data collected are oil & gas leases and associated instruments.
• Data is GIS enabled, that is in addition to true spatial coordinates data includes a
   database of  attribute data.
• Data is collected and delivered on a monthly basis.
• Subscription is annually on a county by county basis.
• Data will include a monthly Excel report of activity.
• Subscription entitles the licensee access to Tobin's complete historical file for that county.
