In addition to off-the-shelf Map Data, Tobin can provide Custom Mapping and Data Services to suit the needs of any project or industry.
   
  Using the most current technology, the ownership boundaries from the Tobin 1"=3000' hard copy maps have been precisely fitted to the Tobin SuperBase® Orthophoto or U.S.G.S. 7.5-minute topographic quadrangle map base by Tobin's staff of mapping experts. Digital property ownership data representing a "snapshot" in time are created to provide the detail necessary to position lease outlines.  
     
  Property Ownership Product:
• Originally digitized from hard copy maps of Tobin’s and Midland Map’s, then matched to
   orthophotos
• Data then registered to SuperBase and made topologically correct
• Surface ownership updated as customer interest dictates
• 180 counties in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico. Also, 2 counties in
   Utah, 2 in  New York and 42 in Oklahoma.

   map scales. This is +/- 40’ feet absolute accuracy on the ground.
